Refund policy

Digital products only. Herald Lab sells researched Surname History PDFs. There are no physical returns, no return shipping, and no packaging requirements.

100% research guarantee

If we cannot research the surname you ordered, we refund 100% of the purchase price.

How to request a refund

Email orders@heraldlab.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Change of mind

Because each custom PDF is researched and produced for the surname you enter, change-of-mind refunds after the file has been delivered are evaluated case by case. Contact us before we begin if you need to cancel.

EU consumers — right of withdrawal

For personalized digital content, you agree that production begins immediately after payment and that your 14-day withdrawal right ends once the PDF is delivered. This does not affect our 100% guarantee if we cannot research the surname.

Our documents

Our documents are commemorative keepsakes you can print and keep.
